Our work with Morrison Utility Services was our most ambitious project yet. We delivered a 5-month programme, aimed at building the mental strength of 22 members of the management team.
This was an experiential training programme, where the participants lived it as they learned it, applying change and increasing their mental strength whilst engaging with the training material. The managers learned how to make themselves and their staff mentally resilient, and each received a certificate of accreditation.
Our psychometric data clearly demonstrated measurable differences in stress levels at work, emotional regulation, confidence management and use of support networks. This ensures that Morrison Utility can move bravely into the future with renewed mental strength.

Our Mindfulness Training was delivered to 60 speech and language therapists. Mindfulness is about disciplining unruly minds in order to focus fully on the present moment and the task at hand, without mental distraction.

Chakra’s Mental Strength Toolkit Training was delivered to 30 Specsavers staff from a range of job roles, including customer service advisors, optometrists and management.
